Why did we change?
We understand that a change in our cookies policy like this will be extremely controversial. As a result, we ran a survey of our customers last year – and the results were overwhelmingly in favour of shortbread. As we had to respect the collective will of our customers we made the change – and are sure that it will help to give all our customers a brighter future.
