We still have the same number of staff on site, and we’ve worked hard to bring useful products to help fight Covid-19 to the market. Take a look at our Covid Roller Shields which have been very popular, and our brand new Back to Work/Fitters Hygiene kit – https://www.decorquip.com/shop/covid-19-products. We can still make Rollers, Verticals, Double Rollers, Roman Headrails and Capital Fascia so give us a shout if we can help you.
Today marks the launch of our first 2 Covid products – join in the fight! – https://www.decorquip.com/shop/covid-19-products. We’re also have a small number of staff on site, keeping to the government social distancing guidelines, who can dispatch components and fabrics, as well as making Rollers, Verticals, Double Rollers, Roman Headrails and Capital Fascia. We’re still answering emails, so drop us a line to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Having picked up a number of NHS and healthcare orders, blinds for new hospitals etc, we still remain open with a small number of staff. You can contact us at any time via email (email@example.com) and we’ll respond as quickly as we can. We can still dispatch from our warehouse, and have limited slots available for manufacturing in between the NHS orders . If you require anything, drop us a line and we’ll inform you with what can be done.
Due to the unprecedented global situation with the coronavirus, we’re reducing to skeleton staff with immediate effect. We have a small amount of staff working remotely, ready to answer emails should you have any questions. We’ll also have a small production team on site, primarily for NHS and critical projects.
When the time is right and we return to normal, we’ll update you via our website, emails and social media platforms.
In our warehouse and workshop, we continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Most of our administrative staff can now work from home and, as of tomorrow (Tues 24 March), all calls into Decorquip will be redirected to those homeworkers. Our customers should experience no disruption.
We’re still here and working. However lead times may be affected due to some production staff self-isolating. If you have an order in with us now, or place an order, we’ll contact and inform you if the lead time will be longer than expected.
Business as usual but we are following government advice and encouraging staff to work from home where possible. Administration, production and distribution continues as normal and we are investigating further changes to our workflow to minimise disruption to our customers. We are in constant contact with our suppliers and carriers.
As a company, we’re working hard to minimise any potential impact the virus may have on the day-to-day running of the business. The health and well-being of our staff and visitors is our top priority and we are following government guidelines as they come in.
We don’t know what’s around the corner so, like yourselves, we’re planning as best as we can. We’re working hard on all products to ensure we have a minimum of two suppliers for each product, based in two different countries, to minimise risk should exports be halted from any one country. We also hold good stock in our warehouse in the UK.
For the foreseeable future, our open invite for visits has been put on hold, as have all face-to-face engagements with our customer care representative. However, we’re still available for telephone or video meetings so please do get in touch if you’d like to consult on anything.
As for everything else, it’s business as usual – making buying blinds enjoyable! If and when our situation changes, we’ll let you know here as soon as we can.
